Teacher conferences
Develop your teaching career, extend your network of contacts and broaden your knowledge on Higher Education information, advice and guidance at our beautiful campus.
What to expect
If you’re a teacher or careers advisor, you can attend one of our free teacher conferences. 午餐 and refreshments are provided.
Held on the University of Sussex campus you’ll:
- attend talks by key members of university staff and engaging third party speakers
- receive advice and guidance on preparing your students for university entry
- get involved in a range of activities on the day and choose the talks you'd most like to attend.
Our next Teacher Conference is scheduled for Friday 23 June, 12noon–4pm. The conference will include a keynote talk on ‘Women in STEM’ from Roma Agrawal, a diversity campaigner, author and award-winning structural engineer best known for working on the foundations and spire of The Shard in London. You’ll also receive along with updates on student finance, personal statements and alternatives routes into Higher Education.
Subject to approval, this event will be CPD accredited.
